Where is the science that underpins these figures? I am on the WMMAL exchange and I am getting a download speed of 15Mbps not the 1.79Mbps quoted in the table. Looking back, I rarely dropped below 5Mbps when I was on an ADLS Max connection with the VP showing Red.

Milton Keynes isn't a broadband not spot, it's just a not spot

The only reason Lincolnshire does not factor in the list very much is they have nowhere that classes as a "Town".

The only reason Lincolnshire does not factor in the list...

"... very much."
If you included towns, it would be much nearer the top for slow spots. :D
