Euphoria short lived as I had a re-synch at 4.23am today: lost all of 100Kps.

The occasional re-synch is a small price to pay when the modem seems happy to chug along at a SNR of 2 for days on end.

My assumption is that any 20mb service is simply a capped 24mb adsl2+ line as that will be the underlying BT wholesale product.

Perhaps a business point of capping? A cap of 20mb helps contention ratios and back haul.
