After a couple of months of relative stability but ridiculous low throughput speeds (see the attachment graph), it's all gone pear shaped again. I'm losing sync and being continually served the BT wholesale splash screen when the connection is up.

When this has happened before my throughput goes up dramatically and becomes consistent while my ping drops substantially. It's done the same thing this time.

I seem to get a stable, low throughput/high ping connection or a totally unstable high throughput/low ping connection with nothing in between I assume BRAS is what's doing it but why such a swing from one end to the other?
