I am getting a "Driver blocked due to incompatibility"  message every time I start or restart my new Dell Win 7 (64 bit) computer.  It has only started in the last two days.  The only changes I think I have made are changed the keyboards because I do not like the new one and also installed and used an old copy of Roxio Creator DE (OEM version from previous Dell).  I changed the keyboards back but still got the error message.  I uninstalled, including registry items, the Roxio and still the error message appears.  The message states that the driver has been turned off but the keyboard is fully functional.  The error message gives no indication what the driver relates to.  Looking at Device Manager gives no indication, Event viewer messages are unintelligible to me and do not help.  A Google search indicated that the Roxio software could be the problem but uninstalled it all with no change,(it did work OK when it was installed). Checking drivers for the obvious hardware like Mouse, keyboard, external hard drive, printer and monitor report that I have the up to date driver.  I'm now stuck for ideas - anyone out there have any new ones?

That link pointed to the rogue program.  Strange that it was not given in the Revo Uninstaller list of programs to uninstall (It appears in the Windows list of Programs to remove though).  Having searched knowing the possible cause of the problem I could download a patch which fixed it. Now reloaded all the rest of the Creator programs and it did not overwrite the DLA or Drag to Disc as they call it.  Thanks for the steer.
