I don't seem to be getting emails into my IDNET email account. I can send emails from it, but replies to those emails aren't appearing. I've tried refreshing it, but no joy.
Anyone else have this issue?
Any suggestions before I contact support?

Lance

I've not noticed any issues. First suggestion would be to check they aren't being caught in a spam filter. If you've not turned off spam filtering then log into your Idnet address using webmail and check the spam folder (or if you use imap make sure that folder is subscribed to).

I just tried another IDNET email address, but no joy there either.
Nothing in the webmail 'Inbox' or 'Junk' folder for either of them...

Rik

You need to talk to support.

Thanks Rik, I will. Fortunately, I have alternative addresses I can use for now.

Rik

It might be worth creating a new mail account and seeing if that behaves in the same way.

FWIW, all seems fine here.

I ran a couple of test emails last night, they all succeeded but one was delayed by quite sometime.

I tried creating a new email account, and it works fine  :)

I wonder if I could just delete the old ones and recreate them...?

I'll wait and see what support say.

Thanks to all for the contributions.

Rik

You wouldn't be able to recreate them, they go to the bit-bucket in the sky, but that does eliminate your email setup and suggests that the account settings need the tyres kicking. :)

Update: I got an email from Miriam asking me to try the accounts, and they seem to be working again - messages appear in the inbox of non-forwarding accounts and accounts with forwarding forward the messages correctly  8-)

I don't know if the tyres were kicked, but the wheels are rolling again  ;D

Rik

;D Thanks for letting us know.
