Idnet been in touch with BT and requested my MSR be reset ( 288kbps ) but they not being helpfull, twice they turned it down saying they feel everything is working ok and there is no cause to reset MSR,even though proof was supplied why it needed resetting.Idnet will try again. If i knew who to contact i would phone BT myself, how can you have a properly set up ADSL max if they wont reset MSR! sods!

Well there's been a lot of scuttlebutt around that if Max is too good at current infrastructure/hardware configs who's going to bite the bullet and splash the £££ when ADSL2+ comes along  ???

Personally I think that's a scurrilous rumour - BT are WAAAYYY above that sort of shenanigans....aren't they ? :D
