Mail server issue – update

Dear Customer,

Unfortunately all efforts to resurrect the idnet.com POP3 mail server have failed. As you are likely aware by now we have set up the services on a new machine and restored the backup from 5am yesterday.

Mail from 4am today is still in our queues and should be working its way to you.

Data recovery is underway on the dead disk to try to recover mail from 5am yesterday to 4am today.

Please be assured we will be working on this non stop, even through the weekend, to try to recover the missing mail.

Sincerest apologies for the great inconvenience and frustration this issue has caused and many thanks for the ongoing support and understanding.
