SQL Server training and certification.

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to update some SQL Server skills and gain certification.

Are there any training providers I should look at or avoid? I've been quoted a good price from SQL Steps but wondered if you knew anything about these people?

And what do people think of the general MS Certification programme? I'm looking to increase my employability. I have skills from practical experience, but I know there are gaps in my knowledge.
