QuoteApple has removed the iPhone 4 and 3Gs from its stores in Germany, almost certainly in response to Motorola's December action rather than today's patent win.

But today's German court victory for Motorola is probably more important: it covers Apple's iCloud service and – by extension – any device which uses it. Apple will be appealing that decision, and Motorola can't get the decision enforced without lodging a €100m bond to cover restitution in case Apple wins the appeal.

Earlier in the week the ban on the sale of Samsung 10.1 Tablet's in Germany was upheld.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Ok, now I have that out of my system, anyone think Germany just want a big pay check from both companies? Lol.
I use to have a signature, then it all changed to chip and pin.

Keep up at the back!

Apple's appeal has already led to the ban on sales being lifted for now at least.

Alexander Graham Bell would have a field day with the lot of them if he was still alive.
Have I lost my way?
