Just tried to go online this morning and I have no connection. I've tried leaving the router unplugged for 30 minutes.

Anyone else having any problems this morning?

I can see Rik's LLU line has no connection. So below maybe relevant.  :dunno:

Due to a problem with some of our transit providers you might experience high latency / slow browsing.

Exchange   There is currently an unplanned outage at our Stevenage & Welwyn Garden exchanges and also the whole Birmingham area. Our engineers are already working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Just got off the phone to support. Never realised it was 24/7. They are not aware of any problem at the moment.

I can't access the forum this time like I was able to last week.

Mine seems to be up and running again now.

I really should stop getting up so early. I would miss all this then :D

That status page is as useful as a chocolate teapot and didn't even mention the actual outage. Unfortunately the only way to see the full and detailed status is by logging in as a Be customer (or ex-customer in my case)

Telefonica trades as O2 in the UK. Be use their LLU network. From the status reports this morning, it appears IDNet probably do too. The above is a report from another of the O2 LLU wholesale users.
