Stale session, anyone else?

Been trying to keep an eye on my router to see if the adjustments I made had any effect on the connection dropping.

When I left this morning for work all was green so tried to log in remotely but the connection just timed out.

Rang home and got one of my folks to check the router, all green but still could not log in until they power cycled it and they'd tried to use PC to collect their mail and it just stalled on collection meaning the router wasn't passing any packets at all.

Anyone else had that kind of issue today?
