Ok, the other week in the end the wife and both got brand new HTC One Xs.

We love em and they are awesome.

Question - we'd love to be able to use the calendars on them to show all of our appointments/meetings etc so we both have a complete uptodate calendar on each phone.

Is this possible ?  Can you sync a calendar from one phone with another and vice versa ?

Simon

You should be able to sync them both with Outlook, if that's any help.

Not sure i made my needs clear here....

Where does outlook figure in this ?

If we enter events into each of our HTC One X calendars how do we then sync each phone calendar with the other phone ?

does that make sense ? ???

Lance

I think Simon was suggesting that you sync one phone with Outlook and then the other.

Alternatively, could you sync using the same google account?

so its not possible to simply sync the phones via bluetooth ?

Lance

Don't know I'm afraid, I use an iPhone (which syncs with the cloud as does my iPad so the calendar is always up to date on both).

I use Google calendar to do the syncing on my iPhone.

It should be easy to setup on an Android phone.

What happens is..

You enter a date on your calendar, this then syncs with Google calendar then when your wife's phone automatically syncs with Google calendar, she will get the date you added on yours, vice versa.. Also this means you can go to Google calendar through a browser on a pc and manage your calendar as well
