Acronis True Image

So I've been running Acronis True Image for a few years & it's a good backup program, ignoring the database corruptions every so often.

I have a question though, what is the Nonstop backup option and what does it actually do?

Mine is setup to do a full system backup once a month and a manual incremental backup everyday... do I need the "nonstop" backup as well ?
