Just a heads up for future reference but a while a go I lost a few meg on my connection (ADSL) and it got very erratic. Wasn't a major thing but still annoying.

I've just signed up with BT Infinity because I needed the extra usage. my last bill was £74.  :eek4:

Anyway, to cut a long story short I had to get my phone line changed over 1st so it was back with BT then get the Fibre.

When this happened yesterday morning my speed shot back up and has been very stable. And now that I think about it I think my speed started playing up with IDnet when I took on the phone service.

Its not a concern to me now but though I'd post this incase it helps anyone else out who is having issues and it can be another check for IDNet to test.

I will surely miss the excellent support and help from IDNet and this forum. *hugs*
Vrooooooooooom........oh wait. Whats happened?

but surely moving your phone from Idnet to BT doesn't involve any 'physical' changes. It only affects who BTw charge for your line and calls...

Yes, it's just the billing that moves.

TheMonkey, you are still more than welcome to continue posting, you don't have to be an IDNet customer to do so.
