Hi all,

New here.  Don't know anything technical about computers.  Having a problem accessing www.usairwaysvacations.com.  When I enter the address and click GO, the site appears for about two seconds,  then is replaced by www.bellsouth.com, which is my old DSL provider that I no longer even have an account with.  The same thing happens if I try to access the vacations page through the link on www.usairways.com.  What can I do to fix this?

Thanks,
ERinVA

I wonder if it was a temporary problem with the site. Working fine here.

The link www.usairwaysvacations.com. works fine here and doesn't move to another site.

Hello roland and maxping,

No, it's not a temporary problem.  I've been having it for a while.  When the page flips over to bellsouth, I end up on their Web Site Finder page, and in the search bar, this is what it says:  javascript:void(0).  I have no idea what this means or how to correct it.

It seems to be working OK from here too, with Firefox.

Do you have another PC in the house that you can try? If that works or you haven't got another PC, then I would start by clearing your cookies and temperory internet files, also scan for any Spyware.

Sorry m8 but you will get the same response from everyone here. 99.9% of members here belong to a UK ISP called IDNet. None of us usually don`t have knowledge of how things work over the pond, but even so, it appears that you installed software given to you by your old ISP that needs to be removed first so you don`t have this problem.

In the UK, many users who were with an ISP called AOL (hey, you should know them, they come from your neck o the woods) had severe problems with their machines should they visit pastures new ;)
