ADSL2+ third time lucky?

Had my line regraded back to ADSL 2+ today as its been more stable since the last BT visit.

Has the DLM genuinely improved over the last 12 months or so?

I don't think so but they maybe a bit more generous in allowing a line to recover from a 'bad' spell.
