Jeff, I shall take your advice and start my chilling out process by opening another large bottle of 2001 Chimay Blue a rather fine trappist beer from Belguim at 9%

 The weak stuff, eh? When I lived in Holland, Belgian Trappiste beer I sampled was 13% 

I had 6 bottles and got up out the chair for a run off, 2 seconds flat was horizontal!

You can get Leffe, another fine Belgian brew in Asda. only 6.6% but it`s bloody lovely.

I just get 30 cans of Stella (2 x 15 packs are on special at Asda atm) for the weekend these days, she`s gannin doon well the neet!!

I find 6 bottles at 9% is about as much as I can handle when we are cycling 100km, never tried to run though

Ya know, you really should consider wearing a helmet if you drink that much on a bike ride
