Slow upload

Anyone notice a slower upload speed today?

I lost PPP at 4am again today (been doing it for the last few days at the same time) this screwed my line up and dropped my downstream profile by 7 Mbps.

My upstream profile is still at 20 Mbps but I'm barely getting 5 Mbps up, everything has been fine until the PPP issue at 4am today.

I've tried rebooting the modem and router.
