Speed update

My 10 day training period ended yesterday to reset my MSR as it was set at 288kbps, but i only found out on Friday,2 days ago, as Idnet got my email address wrong so only found out Friday when i emailed them to see what was happening.And i switched my router off last saturday night as we had a bad storm,  so hope my MSR will be set at a good speed.Hope i get over 6Mbs speed at some stage as i should do as my phone line is not long and my stats are good, never ever been over 5700kbps i am sure its capped.Stange as i should easy go over 6Mbs at some time of day or night.

  Phone line is around 980metres fom exchange'
  New line in house with filtered face plate on master straight to my PC,
  Stats-
  noise margin   13-15dB,
  Attenuation    22dB
  Sync             8128kbps
  Belkin router always on ( apart from last Sat when had storm )

If you are getting 5700 does it really matter , most users are getting around 4000 so you are one of the lucky ones .

Had my MSR reset it is now 8128kbps, like my sync rate, Has not done much in terms of actual speed tho, still getting the same, thought i would get more with my stats. Getting a super duper 2Mbs now,wow!Was  2.8Mbs earlier on BT tester.Was even better last night at around 7pm-wait for it: 775kbps.Must admit i did get 4.7Mbs at 4.30am this morning tho ( great if your a night person ) which Idnet cs kindly pointed out tho even tho they did not say anything about the 775kbps one.  >:(

3.20pm .....  1353 kbps logged on BT tester
6.20pm .......1600kbps  logged on BT tester
7.45pm ....... 534kbps   logged on BT tester

You keyboard also seems to be playing up as you cannot type the letters UGH together, i think you have a virus  :D

Rhino, how are things now? Had a couple of weeks to settle in, just curious? :)
