Is it just me?  When I log into my IDNet account, I find that I am immediately logged out when SEND is pressed. It reminds me of that old saying "friends are always welcome, but relatives have to make an appointment".

Have you logged in via the tab, and do you allow cookies? Which browser?

Just checked again this morning and Log In is working fine. I am using 2 Macs with Mountain Lion and Safari 6 with settings 'remembered'. Might be linked to the ongoing work on the new website perhaps?

Rik

Shouldn't be, but stranger things have happened.

I think they've set up something wrong on their IDNet.net account area, been that way for a long time. I've also been immediately signed out in certain places, such as clicking Check line for fibre, or clicking the Call log.

Same here, if I check for fibre it says error and logs me out at the same time.

Don't think there will be any All-Bran in this area for a while somehow  ;)
