Huawei replace Ericsson as Three's network provider in December, so I maybe looking for a job soon.

iDevices are not that exciting anymore, the iPhone5 doesn't bring that many changes from iPhone4/s

I've been thinking about changing to a Samsung phone or a Windows phone recently.

Seems it's the "tick" where most are waiting for the "tock". :P
Has it got a higher res screen? I'm one of "if it ain't broken [don't buy a new one]". So the only draw for a purchase or change is if the new model actually has something better and more useful. 4G is just "faster internet", which is not much use IMO over "fast internet" that HSPA/3G offers.
I use to have a signature, then it all changed to chip and pin.

The new one does look very nice but the £500 price tag prevents me from buying one seeing as I spent 630 for a complete PC (ex VAT)

Sorry but its a joke

PS, it's the form factor though. Smaller computers always cost a lot more! But I agree it might not be a necessity for such a small computer, so I'll also keep to my PC for now. Although a mate just said I can pick up a good one on a £18 contract!

You do realise you HTC phones were probably close to £400 sim free, Mitch. The New Samsung Galaxy S3 was £500 at release.

16gb ordered, just need O2 to sort out a SIM.

Steve

I'm keeping the 4S , the wife's happy ;D My original iPad needs an upgrade and that's cheaper than the equivalent phone.  Looking at HTC we are now on our 4th in two years there is no comparison in build quality imo.

Take your printed pre order in and show them, they should hopefully give you a nano sim.

Probably time via the post I think the providers have been stocking up over the last few months.

Orange it seems will charge unless you buy the phone off them, O2 it seems have no clue apart from going into store on day of release, which is not easy for some, or convenient. <sigh>

Steve

I see the deliver time has now moved to 2 weeks (from the 21st)

I guess they only have a certain amount of handsets that will get delivered on the 21st, at least the servers did not crash today

Simon

So, is this nano SIM different again to the one in the 4S?

You'll need tweezers and a microscope to fit it now!

I've heard a rumour (so probably incorrect) that you get a Nano Sim supplied with the phone. This would seem logical, send a generic Sim and then activate it with your carrier on their website.

We shall see.......
