IE8 here. (On Windows 7)

Still not working for me.

I've tried it all, tried IE9, FireFox 15, Chrome 22 and still can't get the site to load.

Using IDnet's DNS.

Also tried my laptop and iPhone.

That's been tested. The DNS has a TTL of 15 mins so it could be that your cache has not expired it correctly.

Simon, are the packages going to be updates in each users customer portal to match the new service name?

Mine shows as Home SuperPro Fibre I assume that is either Fibre Pro Plus or Fibre Priorty?

The drop down menu at the base of the screen is unusual and grey on grey makes it hard to see when selecting from the menu.

at the moment Simon im seeing on the home page the ' EtherPro Leased Lines ' section is looking sort of greyed out until you mouse over then it appears ok.

Or, if you specify DNS resolvers in Windows directly then just flush the cache.

yeah that does look odd also when it drops down is it meant to fully show as I have to scroll down after the drop down appears

the greyed out bit I said is now ok   and it has a right pointing arrow on now where as before it didnt

We won't be moving anyone to the new packages without their request as, in most cases, the bandwidth allowance has actually reduced. But, with the abolition of the peak/off-peak split and no differentiation between ADSL Max and ADSL2+ we have greatly simplified our price list - down from 20 packages to just 10.

Ok, I still can't see the site  :(

I've tried Simon's suggestions.

Main PC uses IDnet DNS. Laptop and phone uses OpenDNS DNS.

I've cleared the cache and done ipconfig /flushdns and both pc and laptop and I'm still getting "The connection has timed out" on both.

Might I suggest that IDNet needs to send out an e-mail to all its existing customers to advise them of these changes. For example, what are the implications for customers who have paid an annual premium if they wish to change to the new packages? Personally, I would like to avail myself of that option as the off-peak allowance is of no great use to me. I appreciate that e-mailing all customers is a chore but it may save the Support staff from a lot of questions. All that said, it is good to see that IDNet has responded to its customers' concerns.

Edit: has a decision been made to stop the 12 months in advance for 11?
