Is this definitely correct?
Brian from IDNet specifically told me not.  He said 832kbps upload is only available with the Premium package, and not with Traffic Priority alone.

On ADSL Max, Traffic Priority and 832kbps upload go hand-in-hand. It was the method BT used to differentiate Business grade from Residential grade services back when Max was the fastest service.
