Notifications

I don't seem to be getting any email notifications of new posts in a thread in which I've participated or new topics in selected forums.

The first may be due to there not being any of course, but the second has missed loads!

Nor can I find the list of forums in which I can select from which ones I want notifications, I'm sure there used to be one.

The selected forums still show the"UN-NOTIFY" box, so that's OK, and the nominated email address still works... has something changed or am I doing something stupid?


Edit, for info- the last notification I received was on 13th October at 20:23. If anyone has asked me anything since then and not received a reply, please accept my apologies but there are too many posts to go through in detail

Nothing has been changed at our end but that doesn't mean we don't have a problem. I'll need to do some testing and then get back to you.

Bill, in the meantime, have you tried un-notifying and re-notifying the threads you're participating in?

So far my tests indicate that the system is working correctly but I'll keep looking at it.

Certainly mine seem unaffected.

The notification for that arrived, maybe it just needed a prod...

@Simon- I haven't tried that yet, I wanted to be sure it wasn't something deliberate before I tried to fix it!

I think something must have glitched in my profile settings- after I started this topic I got "New Topic" notifications in this forum but not others.

So I've un-notified/re-notified in all the relevant areas and now I'll keep my fingers crossed!
