I want to see if my Email client is now working with IDNet (was failing before). But now I cannot even log in to the webmail client. Any ideas?

Webmail is currently working, just check your login details are correct from your IDNet customer portal ie username = email address + password= email address password. Failing that it's a call to support.

Which webmail URL are you using?  I could only get the secure login to work after the website update, but haven't tried again for a while.

If I click the webmail link direct from the site I get nothing. Not a problem logging in, a problem getting on the page.  :-X

I just tried via the front page of www.idnet.com and it worked fine for me using Chrome, have you tried another browser?

Works for me as well using Firefox 17, although I use the https URL normally.
Damned, if you do damned if you don't

Used Chrome to check too, and Oprea. Does not work. http://webmail.idnet.com/

Does it use flash/Java? I could reinstall those...

It works for me in IE, FF and Chrome (latest versions of all). I'm not sure what to suggest.

It's 'html.js.chrome.webkit' if that means something to someone, I haven't a clue. :dunno:

Hmmm. Not to worry, I have a couple of spare PCs right now (kitting up from spares/scraps), so will check it on them.

I've been having problems accessing webmail for a while from my desktop computer.  Laptop and phone work fine.  Weird.

Tried Firefox and Chrome but it just sits there and doesn't do anything.

Technical Ben

I did a reset (of all my browsers and DNS cache) after the website update, I don't want to do another. :P
