my daughter just got live on her internet in new house but with another provider, is it possible to still use her IDNet email address with the new ISP.

At the moment she can receive  but not send emails with the new ISP

Rik

She needs to use the new providers SMTP server or IDNet's authenticated SMTP, see the mobile email sticky.

Rik

In Help, Baz. Yes, it's possible, most smartphone users do it, my portable machines are all set up that way.
