Android Backup/Security apps

I'd be interested to know what people here think is the best and most user friendly backup/security app to go for. Is Lookout the bees knees or does something else do the job better? I'd rather know what I'm installing before doing so.

I can't recommend it, as I've not tried it, but F-Secure do a Mobile Security app which might be worth looking at, but I think most people would consider the cost prohibitive, when there are cheaper and free alternatives available.

Lookout is good, backs up has excellent AV ratings (came secind in last test I believe) on catching malware and not bogging your phone down, and you can pay monthly.
