Repeats of Webmail Emails

Just wondering if anyone else has numerous copies of certain emails in their Webmail box?

I have about 10 identical copies of the same message from Dunelmill and 12 or so from another company? And it's impossible to highlight them for deletion. Oddly the email count/total is spot on.

Any help please?

I don't think there's anything you can do yourself, One for support.

The headers on the message may reveal if the sender sent the message more than once, if you are not sure how to check this, please drop us message to support@idnet.com with your email address and we will check this out for you.
