I don't want to think how many thousands of pounds I've spent there. I use most of their products daily and they don't come cheap. However they do pay for themselves in the long run so I shouldn't complain.

Not to worry, I'm sure someone else could forward an email with your details too you real soon. (Not to make light or joke about your circumstances, hope all is well. But working in the bank I at times see CC dealings as "easy", in comparison to DD dealings anyhow.)
