I wish to connect an Ipad (which I don't yet have) to my Yamaha CVP605 digital piano and according to Yamaha this is quite feasible.
Having viewed the latest blurb from Apple re. the new exciting IPad5 I see absolutely no difference in their latest offering to an IPad4 other than weight (-4oz),thickness (miniscule) and faster speeds which, frankly, I don't give a toss about.  Such is progress I suppose.

I would be interested in other members views on the subject especially if they have their current IPads interfaced with other equipment. Any 'dummies' guides on the interfaces greatly appreciated.
