I am sure that I have never changed the password of the DN100 that was supplied ready set up by IDNet, however the default login informations does not work. If I do a facttory reset I will lose the set up information that IDNet performed. So is there any other way of getting the log in information, or where can I find the set up details please?

Details are in your account on IDNets site. All you need are your password and username.

I seem to recall from dim and distant memory that the login for IDNet configured routers is admin and the password is the customer's user name.  But I'll check...

Edit: Correction - the password is tha same as the customer's broadband login password.

Call IDNet ask for the details, write them down, press the reset button on the back and off you go.
