Yep, you plug that into the Apple dock and connect through Bluetooth.

Three, in fact.  But I'd be surprised to get the same sound quality from Bluetooth.

I think it would depend on what quality your starting with ie sh*t in is sh*t out, however the Bose Bluetooth speakers do a reasonable job, for background music I wouldn't choose them for any 'serious' listening though.
