Wifi Scanning app iOS

Does anyone know of an app for iOS that will scan available wifi networks within range and report on, channel, freq (2.4/5ghz), security WAP/WEP, signal strength etc.  There are apps like Fing which will scan a LAN and report on devices but I can't find anything that will do the above, although there are some available for MacOSX (AirRadar for one).  I've searched the app store but AFAICT the ones that come up will only scan a LAN.

The reason I ask is that a neighbour is experiencing slow broadband and given the number of WiFi users in the vicinity I suspect it's interference between adjacent channels - most are on BT home hubs.  These newer hubs do seem to put out a pretty strong signal.

It's at alpha, but is this any use?.
Thanks Bill, it looks what I need, but I suspect this is only available via one of the Jailbreak installer routines.  I seem to remember Stumbler being available for OSX.

Is there really nothing at all on the app store?

According to this topic elsewhere (tho' it's a couple of years old)- no, and likely won't be.

Yes- iStumbler. I use it, it works well.

If you can borrow an Android phone there's Wifi Analyzer.

I agree I don't think there's a WiFi analyser for the iPhone.

Thanks for the info.  Really seems ridiculous that there aren't any WiFi analysers since they're one of the obvious tools for anyone in tech support.  As i've said there are tools like FING which are really good, but they only analyse the LAN and do stuff like ping; good to have but not what I'm looking for.  Banning analyser apps?  Apple can be such complete ***** at times.

Think I'll use one of the neighbour's laptops and get him to install Windows WirelessNetView, mentioned in the thread Bill referred to.  My Apple laptop has been sold otherwise I could have used iStumbler or AirRadar.   I'm currently mulling over whether to go for a 13" MacBook Pro or the Air.  Can't make up my mind whether performance will need to outweigh battery life....  Big decisions ahead  ;D

I'd suspect they [Apple] would probably be concerned such tools could be easily abused.
