Google Chrome

Has anyone here who uses Google Chrome browser had any problems with it freezing and having to be restarted? it's started doing this for me over the last 3 or 4 days. Seems from a Google search to be a fairly common problem.

Though it has worked fine for the 3 or 4 months I've been using it,I'm now finding that its virtually unusable so I've gone back to using FF.

I quite often switch my browser to which ever one freezes the least and at the moment that does seem to be Firefox. Chrome was fine for a while but I agree, the latest version seems quite dreadful. I sometimes think the cause of the problem is due to embedded Flash media but why it should vary from browser version to browser version I really don't know.

All I can recommend is a reinstall. Clear the cache etc. Backup bookmarks/passwords if possible.

Oh, and I also agree on flash being the major culprit!

I'm having difficulty with vertical scroll bars and hadn't thought that Chrome might be the culprit.
