I've totally forgot, is the payments in arrears or in advanced?

If its in advanced then how long does it take for the portal to show the new invoice? the money has left my bank already.. (I pay for a whole year)

karvala

It's paid in advance.  Can't comment on the portal since my portal account still claims I'm an ADSL, and I switched to FTTC about two years ago, so I don't think they update that too regularly!  ::)

Lance

In my experience the invoice is there about a month before payment is taken.

I agree, I pay yearly and the invoice is always generated and available via my portal a month before payment is due.

Hi,

Most invoices are paid in advance (so if you pay yearly you pay for the year ahead for example 16th Jan 2014 - 16th Jan 2015).

Also for Karvala, I checked your details and you are listed as on fibre and the package is listed on your portal is on fibre. After a bit of digging the IP address you are logged in with is in fact your old ADSL ip address from your ADSL account. So most likely you are logging into the customer portal with your ADSL login details. The FTTC connection you use has a different login username and password (and thus different customer portal details).

Via some Magic your ADSL login should now show your FTTC package when you next login on the customer portal.

Kind regards

Yeah, been having issues with chrome for a while, I need to re install it..

(I'm a web developer and clear my cache quite often to force changes on sites)
