[EDIT] Except this post just took 30 seconds or more to submit. So yeah, there's certainly some sort of problem.

it is Zap yes, once a site loads and is cached up they seem ok.clearing cache does not help though

The forum glitched once for me but I've had no problems since or elsewhere.

I've only just seen this thread, I also experienced slow loading of pages yesterday early evening, all seems back to normal now.
