router logs

Ive noticed some entries in my router log over the past few nights and last week too that I just cant find what the address is.

[DHCP IP: (xxx.xxx.xx.xx)] to MAC address 00:03:78:BC:19:E3 Monday, March 10,2014 03:00:56

I have access list set up on the router so only things I want can get in, so I thought,which is printer/laptops/phones when needed/PS3/PS4, but this is wired through a switch and thats all I can think of.This MAC address is not in the access list and it shows 3 entries in the log just a few seconds apart usually early morning each time.

Hmmm   yeah two Foxsat HDR.

Could it be that?   they do check for update software but its OTA (over the air ) isnt it?

According to that link, the MAC's are in the Humax allocated range, are they networked?

Just had a quick look at the set in my sons room upstairs and it is cabled through a switch for i player and the like....could be that yeah.I'll try it out and see what happens Thanks Glenn
