Epubs... sorry not the beer type

So, I'm trying to read some Epubs on my Android. I like them in that they can link to pages and hyperlinks nicely. I'm not sure if I can do the same with PDFs, and it seems Adobe reader does not open Epubs in Android.

So far I've only found programs with really horrid renders for Epubs. By render, I mean they add all these silly textures, colours and page curling, when I really only want a single scroll list of pages, and plain white (or the original content!!!) background and plain text.

Is there a Epub reader that does not butcher the content of the book/document out there?
