Damned, if you do damned if you don't

I quite like the idea of further integration of certain features with iOS , no reason for not having a seamless approach for files, messages etc between the two. I use various third party cloud features and truth be told it's a nuisance when syncing between iOS and Mac OS X. As long as we don't get a dumbed down OS I'm quite looking forward to it.

I'm getting a bit bored of eveything linked, at least its free. I don't use most of the features and after Mavericks I'm wary of any new Apple OS which is a shame. I really don't like OS X becoming iOS with the flat look and what I perceive personally as a horrible dock.

iOS 8 looks interesting though, but I'm not updating my iPhone hardware anytime soon. Bigger for me is more awkward but that's purely because I need a phone not a social/web tool. It has to be easy to handle when I'm out and about in my wheelchair, also my medication now makes me shake and that is making bigger devices more a risk to drop and damage.
