Suspect email

I have received an email from source Technical Support claiming that a damaged email has been restored and sent to me. The address of the sender is "r.l.bennett@imaoffresno.com". Usually a search gives some advice about spam etc. but this one draws a blank.   
Anyone any experience of this?

I'm sure it's spam but if you are worried about it you could send the contents to IDNet support for confirmation.
