Any recommendations on FTTC speed estimate sites, I'm looking at moving into Shropshire and wanted an idea of speeds available in a given area?

Obviously BT do one on their broadband application site, you need an address though to get an approximation. It should I think be reasonably accurate as they are the most popular for FTTC.
