Connection to websites not completing

For short periods today I have seen websites failing to connect promptly. Occasionally the browser can hang for 10 seconds or more. Minutes later the same site works perfectly. Anyone else seeing this problem?

No problems here that I've noticed.

I've noticed that occasionally over the last couple of days, but I put it down to my phone's wifi signal, as it hasn't happened on a wired connection.
