Hello,

I cannot connect to my Idnet FTP with FileZilla. Everything was fine last night. I get the message "Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS."
What could be the problem?
Thanks a lot!

The last FileZilla update caused a lot of people to have similar issues. Open the Site Manager and see what's set for Encryption on the General tab. I'd suggest trying 'Only use plain FTP (insecure)'. I can't say for sure that'll fix your issue but I think it's worth a try.

I have not updated FileZilla in a while as I had noticed that their updates are more troubles than improvements. I tried what you suggested with no result.
Thanks!

I cannot connect with IE either. Something is wrong.

Perhaps it's a problem with the server. It might be worth giving IDNet a call.

I'm going to try again tomorrow and give Idnet a call as it seems to be the server.

I also had it fall over. Not tried again...

... yep still down.
I use to have a signature, then it all changed to chip and pin.

Hi Guys,

Currently appears up and running we are seeing logins from a number of customers. If anyone is having any issues please contact Support directly so we can take a look (please include the FTP address and login used so we can check against our logs).

A little bit of an update...

Not sure if it was a Windows 7 update that did it, but the login screen (in default Windows Explorer) defaulted to username without the @gw7 etc etc. So simply clicking back on the proper username fixed it. Sorry I never noticed it first off... :P

(Now back to breaking things I'm suppose to be fixing. :( )
