Greetings all,

In 2012 I shared some pictures on the Idnet gallery. In fact they are still there. http://gallery.idnet.com/main.php/v/Xlerb/Dogs/
Over the last few days I have been trying to create a new album and put some pictures that I wish to share in it.
But no matter what I do they don't appear as images. The files upload OK and if you download them from the gallery they're correct.
But they don't appear as images in the Gallery - which surely is the whole point of a gallery.
Here's the album....http://gallery.idnet.com/main.php/v/Xlerb/Bongo/
I've tried uploading different image sizes (using Gimp to re-size the images).
All the files are jpegs.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong or not doing?
Is Galley broken?

Thanks in anticipation!
Martin.

Hi Martin, and :welc:

I would second Steve's suggestion and contact Support on this.  As far as I am aware, web space is no longer offered as part of new packages, but they were going to continue the legacy service for existing users.  Whether that includes continuing the Gallery service is perhaps what you need to establish.

You might even find Google Photos to your liking.

Steve

Must admit that's what I use these days, amongst other photo cloud services

Hi All,

I Emailed Tech support - Gallery was broken.
Seems to have been fixed now.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Regards,
Martin.
