I'm only seeing bandwidth usage, on the accounts page, for August 1-2. August 3 is shown with zero usage, today is not showing at all.

Is it just me, or is everyone affected?

Mine is down, showing 0 since 3rd is this affecting anyone else?

RobMc

yep, mine too shows no values since the 3rd. Which is what you get if the modem/router is switched off, but mine was on, honest.

Mine is still working fine.

Strange.

Simon asked me to log off, this cured the problem (albeit I now have a big 'lump' of bandwidth use on a single day). Apparently, this kicks the BT RADIUS servers into sending stop/start accounting packets. They should send "interim" accounting packets but sometimes they 'forget'.
