Unfortunately I'll be moving away from IDNet. My area has just been upgraded to FTTC and with BTs offering being so much cheaper and also allowing a home-move within the contract period (which I'm hoping to do in the next 6-8 months) my hands were pretty much tied.

What this means for the widget / gadget is that I'm not going to be able to effectively maintain them any longer.

Currently the android app source is on a private BitBucket repository and published on my own personal play store developer account. I'm happy to keep it there for the time being, but if I was to make the source repository for the widget public I'd still need to be the one to publish any updates to the play store. I'm happy to migrate the application to another developer account should someone offer to take on the maintenance.

As for the windows gadget, I should be able to upload the source to a suitable repository.

Given it's a benefit to their customers, I wonder if IDNet would be interested in taking it on?

Some apps are simply redirects/wrappers to webpages, so it's not necessarily overly expensive. Just a check that any future changes to the webpage are compatible with MS/Apple/Google phone OSs.
I use to have a signature, then it all changed to chip and pin.

Thanks for all the effort you've put in to this tKe, it's been much appreciated. The Window widget has undoubtedly stopped my exceeding my limit many times. Good luck with your new connection :)

I've not opened it up to the public yet as I'm not sure what's happening with regards to publishing future versions to the play store. It's currently hosted in a private bitbucket git repository which I'm happy to give access to on an individual basis. And if anyone wants to step forward and maintain it I'm happy to transfer the app across to their play store developer account.

Does anyone have a copy of this gadget for windows that works with the current tariffs i.e. no off-peak/peek split? I found a link in this thread but it links to the split version.

Hi, sorry it took so long to reply - I'm not exactly active here much any more.

I've uploaded the last version of the windows gadget I was using here: https://drive.google.com/a/karn.co.uk/file/d/0By_HqdiHg2-_MHpwQVdmZ2xER2c/edit?usp=sharing
It supported single tariff if I remember correctly, by setting the off-peak limit to 0. I can't test it any more but it should work just fine.

Unfortunately the recent website changes seem to have broken the gadget which relies on the page www.idnet.net/phpscripts/bandwidth-csv.php.

That page now returns 404.

Just downloaded for me and configured on an old Vista PC. I think though you still need to have the Windows sidebar (now deprecated since W7), and it won't work on W10 anyway; and it's no longer maintained. Probably unnecessary too if you're on an unlimited allowance. The required key can be obtained from the address bar on the RSS feeds page once you log in, and the username is the same as your IDNet login name.
