What an absolute disgrace.  Rip-off Britain is alive and well.

I have to say that IDNet do absolutely outstanding phone packages and their line rental has been one of the cheapest around, for years.
With this in mind, the only reason I'm with another ISP is because just through their size, they perhaps have more clout when it comes to beating BT over the head, when it comes to sorting broadband faults.
