Nova backup

Further on my search fo a simple backup program. I have tried Nova, and failed. It will not write a boot DVD, goes into a loop. I contacted their help desk several days ago, to no avail, so I will attempt to get a refund. I suspect there will be boundless hoops to jump through there!  :mad:
Nothing is perfect, not even my ignorance!
