Help - service suddenly stopped

 Hi – posting from my mobile here.my usually very reliable Idnet service has suddenly dropped this morning.  I have recently upgraded to fibre and for the last 24 hours have been getting a great 35 MB ps.  But this morning suddenly I have no contact of a sudden.
Any  ideas what could be wrong?

Update: the service is now back. Still baffled, but happy to be back online!

Could have just been a BT glitch.  You could phone IDNet and see if they can see what happened, if you want to know.
