Does IDNet support exist any more?

I agree, apparently you have to look not at the left hand side of the screen, but at your specific "line offer" in the blue box on the right hand side. The prices aren't necessarily the same. Then you have to make sure you've clicked for the home or VAT inclusive prices, since the default is office VAT-exclusive, before you get to the add-ons! Confusing doesn't quite describe it!

I can only assume it's the price (if that's the word) of IDNet buying all this extra capacity, and offering unlimited services. They have to match costs with income! Maybe the capped service doesn't vary as much. Nor ADSL due to the lower speeds.

Congratulations to Simon, though. His salesmanship would do a double-glazing salesman proud. I've bought what I had decided I didn't want. Whether it's what I need, only time will tell!   :rofls:
